I have worked on various engineering productivity efforts across Google. My role varies between leading teams and hands-on engineering. Over the years, I have worked on Google Cloud Storage, Google Chubby, API infrastructure, and Google Chrome.
Currently, I am the founder and tech lead manager for a new, advanced performance testing and analysis project.
I am also active in many other areas at Google:
- Owner/leader of the Google Testing Blog from Aug 2012 to Jan 2017
- Helped plan the annual Google Test Automation Conference in 2013, 2014, and 2015
- Sat on hiring committee for several years
- Founded engineering hiring groups to work with recruiting on hiring initiatives
- Helped shape and pilot interview rubrics for tech roles
